The Doctrines Category holds works which are doctrinal in nature. Note that normally I try to keep works out of this category as much as possible unless it is something like a Systematic Theology or a doctrines books that deals with a group of doctrines (Christ, Holy Spirit, Salvation, etc.). For more specific works that deal with a single area of doctrine, I put them into the specific category that they deal with. For example, a book on the Holy Spirit or speaking in tongues, I will classify it in the Holy Spirit Category, or in a tongues subcategory under Holy Spirit, or put it into the Holy Spirit with a tongues tag.
This category is for works like Systematic Theology works, or works that are dealing with theology in general, like reason, theism, etc. There are some works that are general in nature on Theology but are not a strong study area in themselves, like prolegomena.
