Deity of Christ Resources

Deity of Christ Resources focuses on works that defend the person of Jesus Christ as fully being God, the second person of the Trinity.

The Bible focuses on the Person of Jesus Christ, our Savior. A very important part of what makes his work so essential and important is the fact that Jesus is fully God. He is not a subclass of God under God the Father or Jehovah. He is fully equal to God the Father and the Holy Spirit, existing in the Trinity.

The eternal and universal application of his High Priestly work for the saved depends on the fact that he is fully God, and even after becoming man in the incarnation, he is without any personal sin. On that pivotal point, he can become sin for us, or take on our sins to save us from the wrath of God.

The term “Christ” refers not to Jesus’ last name, but his office of being that specially anointed minister of God to effect some great work, and in this case, that work is our salvation.
