While I am still going through my archives on my harddisks (about 5 terabytes of space, and about 70% filled with everything I work with, not just my library), I am also “getting bored” with this. So I have started working on topic workshops. These workshops are parallel or exactly the topic pages on my website. So I make a theWord USB installation but to a folder instead of a USB (you can make install these to a USB if you want), and on my laptop I am working these libraries.
Many years ago I found religious reference books on Microfiche from AMG, and I became one of their distributors. I never sold a single Microfiche to anybody, but I got them cheap. So I purchased everything I could afford at that time. They were like 20 cents per fiche, and some works had 50 or more fiche. A fiche has about 70 photocopies of pages from the book on each fiche.
But AMG had libraries you could browse and order the works you wanted. Below is an image of the Holy Spirit library.
This was tremendous for me as a missionary. With a microfiche reader the size of an old “luggable laptop,” and a few four shoe boxes of fiche, I had thousands of works that I could use to study the Word of God. This site is dedicated to bringing that same functionality to you for free. The entire listing for the Holy Spirit above is about 60 works. Right now, we have over 200 works on this website for free download. I have many more on my hard drive that I am working through, changing the format from PDF to theWord.
But what I am working on these days is basically making a workshop for each topic. So I have a USB install of theWord on my hard drive in a folder, and I am converting pdfs and other formats to theWord. I am also surfing the Internet for more works and downloading them into that folder, and working through them to add more files.
I am also studying these topics for you. I am not going to do a lot of conclusions, just give you the raw information, like the major topics within that topical area. For the Holy Spirit, there is the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament, the New Testament coming of the Spirit at Pentecost, the filling of the believer, the fruits of the Spirit, etc.
So I am making an index file with my last name first, then the topic, and then “index” *.gbk.twm. Here I am making a list of all the works in that topical area. I am doing some research on the author of each work to get some kind of idea of his theological position. I am also making links to the work (thinking that the index will be in a zip pack on dcoxlibrary.org with all the modules for that topic). So I am making a quick link so you can see the chapters in the work without having to open that work, just mouse over the “contents” link. Then I am also making an AI summary available. Finally, I am including a link to go to that work.
This is what I want as a pastor. A lot of information at my fingertips (and on my laptop) so I can study any subject in that topic. These things are really for me, but I am sharing them with the body of Christ. Pray that God gives me health and life to keep working on these things. I have to work on one topic for a while, then another. Right now I am preaching through the Attributes of God, so that library will probably be the first one.
I will add as much information as I can to these files. I am thinking to go through Systematic Theologies and doctrines books and making a theWord module with just those chapters for inclusion in the library on that topic. Also making some modules of Bible dictionaries on key words.
So even though you may not see a lot of activity some weeks on this website, I am working all that God gives me energy to do for the body of Christ.
If you have modules that I do not have listed, please send me an email with those modules. I use wetransfer.com which is free to transfer up to 2 gigabytes. You can send as many transfers as you want, but each has to be 2 Gigabytes or less in each one. Send them to me at [email protected], and I will go through them and use them as I can. I have problems with copyrighted works.
But even if your modules are not perfectly formatted, I will reformat them for this website. I have had over some 6 people who have donated like that to make this site what it is today. My friend Winston constantly makes modules and sends them to me.

Frankly, we have too much traffic. It is causing me problems on the hosting end of the website, and they are suspending my websites because of problems. This present website has had over 1.5 million downloads, and I had to totally remake the site from scratch last year in December. So that is causing me tremendous headaches on the website design and upkeep department. Precious time is lost on working through the problems. I need your prayers.
